Address lookup field field

I am looking to add a field on the form that looks for an address. Does anyone have an idea on similar functionality already in use, please help.

I think there is no direct field that can give you that , however earlier people have done combination of client script and script include to populate address field from city,state,country and zipcode combination.

We want to put a field on catalog item where a user can select their address.

For example:

Consider there is a field called [address]. A user clicks on address field and starts typing their address then there should be a dropdown to select the address from the list. Once selected, the selected address or location details should appear in the [address] field.

address are stored in location table in ServiceNow

why not use that?
