Adjust the name in comments in Portal

Hi all,

 is anyone aware if there is any possibility to adjust the name that is shown with a comment in the portal? We would ideally like to add there additional text (e.g. "Staff User") after the name.

It shows the 'name' field from the user that updated the comments. So if you update the last name to 'last name + Staff User', it will show you what you need, without having to update all kinds of logic, creating technical debt.

Hi Mark, but this would show the additional information everywhere where the full name is used and this is not what we are aiming for. Anyway, The requirement has been cancelled for now .
