Admin Home Error, the records in list view are not accessible

Hello,

On the Share Admin Dashboard, we click report  > open Item list view > click to open a record and see the error message "this page you are looking for could not be found". if you have any solution for this then please let me know

Is it happening on customer instance?

Can you please share URL of page that is throwing error?

Hello Anil, Yes I'm trying my PDI and Customer instance (DEV) also, but I did not find any solution for this error message, also I've checked other instances they have the same issue,

Please share if you have a solution for this.

This is platform level issue and ServiceNow team need to fix this as we don't have access to Next UI pages and components. 

 

Please raise a case with ServiceNow and also submit an idea on idea portal.

Use your partner portal account to submit an idea.

Hi,

I was able to reproduce this issue on my PDI.

Looks like this is platform issue and you can raise Case on ServiceNow Support Portal (https://support.servicenow.com/).

 

 

I believe this should not happen on custom reports and dashboards. The dashboard you have shown is for Admin and end user will not have access to it.
