I have configured an HR Service with a custom reference field. I am trying to configure a notification that triggers when the following conditions are met;
- HR Service is [my HR service]
- Assigned to is not empty
- [my custom field] changes
- [my custom field] is not empty
- the old value of [my custom field] is not null
The last condition will have to be an Advanced condition as I will need to query the sys_audit table. Below is what I have currently configured, but the notification is still triggering even when the old value of the field is empty. Any ideas out there?
