I’m looking for advice on search functionality. I've been told that what I need may not be possible.
Specifically, I need to know:
Can you create sub-categories? For example, under the category "Benefits," have sub-categories like "Health Benefits," "Retirement Benefits," and "Paid Time Off." How many levels of sub-categories can you have? We wouldn't want more than two levels.
Can items be assigned to multiple categories? For instance, can a "Health Assessment" article be assigned to both "Benefits" and "Health & Wellbeing" categories?
Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!
