After Austalia upgrade, unable to view dashboard

Hi,

I have a dashboard which contains active task with assignment group and active task with empty assignment group report.  Itil , Business stakeholder license users can able to view active catalog task with assignment group report but not empty assignment group report and getting "you dont required permission to view this content". please advise me. Thanks.

• Verify the permissions set on the "empty assignment group" report specifically. It may be hidden or restricted in the report customization settings.
• Check if the report is marked as hidden in the User Interface Settings under Reports Customization. If so, uncheck "Hide Report" to make it visible to the intended users.
• Ensure that the user groups (ITIL, Business stakeholder license users) have the necessary access rights to view that report. This might involve sharing the report or dashboard folder with these groups and granting them at least view permissions.
• Confirm that the dashboard configuration includes the "empty assignment group" report for these user groups.
• If applicable, review any group or role-based access controls that might restrict visibility of reports with empty assignment groups.

This is most likely a report security or ACL issue, not a dashboard sharing issue.

Since the same users can view the Active Catalog Tasks with Assignment Group report but cannot view the Empty Assignment Group report, compare both report configurations.

Check the following:

1. Impersonate an affected ITIL or Business Stakeholder user and open the failing report directly outside the dashboard.

2. Compare the working and failing reports:
   Table
   Filter conditions
   Group by
   Aggregation
   Any dot-walked fields

3. Check report_view ACLs and read ACLs for the report table, such as sc_task, and for any fields used in the failing report.

4. Run ACL Assessment for Reports for the failing report. This should show which ACL is preventing the user from viewing the report.

5. Pay special attention to fields used only in the failing report. If the report contains a condition like Assignment group is empty, verify that the affected users have access to the assignment_group field and all other fields in that report.

Because one report works for the same users, the issue is most likely a specific report_view ACL, field ACL, or report configuration difference.

Do not give users admin or report_admin access. Identify and correct the specific ACL that is blocking the report.
