After submit the catalogue item in service portal & Close the SC_Task

Hi Community,

 

After submit the catalogue item in service portal, it will show a 1 ticket in My tickets tab, but Once close the catalogue task it will disappear,  It will show 0 in my tickets tab, Is this default functionally?

 

It won't show tickets after close catalogue task right, Please confirm?

Hi @Srinivasu2 

 

Yes, it will show active tickets only.

You can click on my tickets and check if you can filtered with closed one.
