After submitting Assessment form Assessment screen still stayback

Hi All

 

On Release Form have added Assessment similar to the change Risk assessment.

 

On Release after submitting Assessment form Blank screen still stay back. Please guide me how to Rid of it.

Hi @nishakumari1 

It will not work like that, Change Risk is coming from plugin and in backend the logic is there. So you need to create a new UI action and create a UI page as similar to change risk.
