Agent Client Collector agents get stuck on data collection

Hi All,
I am currently working on the agent installation, which was functioning properly until recently. Now, all the agents are stuck at the data loading stage. Additionally, when I try to install a new agent, it does not add any checks and fails to create a host record, entering a continuous loop at the data loading phase.
Please urgently need assistance with this issue.

Hi @Nilanjan1 ,
Please cancel all active transactions and verify if there are any pending scheduled jobs.
Additionally, try to reduce the interval of the policies and checks. For example, if we set the interval to 30 minutes or 10 minutes, all the jobs will trigger simultaneously and get stuck in the queues. To resolve this, you will need to clear all pending jobs.
Start by focusing on one agent and stop the data collection for the other agents.

Thank you @MDAQUIBK I went through active transactions which shows only mine transaction... at the same time I went through transaction logs as well, it is showing ACC-F information.. Can you help me in navigating to the exact jobs that you went to deactivate, it will be a good help?
