Agent Client Collector agents get stuck on data collection

Hi All,

I am currently working on the agent  installation, which was functioning properly until recently. Now, all the agents are stuck at the data loading stage. Additionally, when I try to install a new agent, it does not add any checks and fails to create a host record, entering a continuous loop at the data loading phase.

Please urgently need assistance with this issue.

@MDAQUIBK  @Nilanjan1 : you can use the troubleshooting doc attached to KB1122613 for reference. In short: in the agent record, click on Collect Host Data. Then check the acc.log file on the target system and see if  there is some activity and if it returns a payload (turn on debug mode in acc.yml and restart the agent as needed). From there, go back to your instance and check the ECC queue for input messsages for that agent ID. You should see the payload coming from the agent. Check for errors in the instance system logs (i.e. IRE), click on "Run Again" on your input message with a smaller payload if you suspect something is wrong with a specific class (storage, network adapter, ...) or attribute. You likely want to copy paste your findings to the support case if you have one already.
