Hello -
I was wondering if someone could advise on how I would go about changing the default filter on the Agent Assist within Agent Workspace. I have included a screenshot. Ours is defaulted as 'Knowledge & Catalog' and we would like to change it to default to 'Knowledge Articles'.
I checked the docs and looked through the options under the 'Contextual Search' menu, but couldn't find a way to change the default.

- Navigate to Contextual Search => Table Configurations
- Filter UI Type to Workspace
- Open the record for the table in the workspace you want to change the default for (for me, the Name is Agent Assist [incident])
- Open the record in the Search Context field
- Change Searcher Default Search dropdown to Knowledge Articles
I'm not sure if the OOB one is the same everywhere, but this path ended up taking me here:
