Hello All,
Our instance is on Utah and glide-utah-12-21-2022__patch4-hotfix2-06-23-2023 currently.
After we upgraded to Utahn we are having few issues and one of them is Agent workspace.
Please advise how to address the following
- 1st question:
When navigating to agent workspace > Home and selecting "All" tile, the list displayed show "Location" as empty. The same list when select via agent workspace> List >Incident>all it displays the location. - 2nd question:
Navigate to agent Workspace>Home>Tiles Click unassigned tile.
This will open a list view.
The columns are in alphabetical order and does not display the order it displayed before upgrade. How to set global view for workspace.
