Agent workspace: How to enable compose email option in record page

Hi Team, how can I enable the 'Compose Email' option on the default record page in my custom agent workspace?

I was able to fix the issue. In the 'dictionary' of the collection, I needed to add an attribute for the email client.

Hi @srivatsa_tatti ,

  1. Navigate to All > System Properties > UI Properties.
  2. In the Roles that can view email in the Activity formatter when including "Sent/Received Emails" property field, enter itil, your workspace role whom you want to provide access like sn_slm.fulfiller.
    This property contains the itil role by default. Add the role as per your requirement role name after the itil role, separated by a comma.
  3. Select Save.

No luck, i did use the existing role from the property and added it to the user, still same issue.

I was able to fix the issue. In the 'dictionary' of the collection, I needed to add an attribute for the email client.
