I was able to fix the issue. In the 'dictionary' of the collection, I needed to add an attribute for the email client.

Hi @srivatsa_tatti ,
- Navigate to All > System Properties > UI Properties.
- In the Roles that can view email in the Activity formatter when including "Sent/Received Emails" property field, enter
itil, your workspace role whom you want to provide access like sn_slm.fulfiller
.This property contains theitil
role by default. Add therole as per your requirement
role name after theitil
role, separated by a comma. - Select Save.

No luck, i did use the existing role from the property and added it to the user, still same issue.
