Agent Workspace landing page report config

Hi,

Wondering if someone can help me, I am setting up a landing page in agent workspace and have added several single score reports. (like below)

When you click through into the report in the workspace there are some default columns (all of which aren't very useful for what I'm doing). Where can you set these columns?

For a list report you can set these columns when setting up the report, but I can't see anywhere to configure this for single score reports.

Hi,

There is nothing like list report, It is just a list view which appeared as per list layout and view rule condition. Just right click -->configure --> list layout.

Thanks for your reply, when you click into the report when editing/creating the correct columns display as the default list layout.  When you click into the single score report in agent workspace it is showing different columns that aren't in the default list layout.

I've tried creating another list layout in the "Workspace" ui view (lists tab) and that doesn't seem to have worked.

I assumed Workspace would be the default for this because the form UI view has to be named the same.

Did you manage to change the columns on your click through? We have the same issue in our instance?

I'm having the same issue. I followed https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0792502 and it's still not showing the columns I configured. 

Did you manage to figure this out?
