Agent Workspace landing page report config

Hi,

Wondering if someone can help me, I am setting up a landing page in agent workspace and have added several single score reports. (like below)

When you click through into the report in the workspace there are some default columns (all of which aren't very useful for what I'm doing). Where can you set these columns?

For a list report you can set these columns when setting up the report, but I can't see anywhere to configure this for single score reports.

Hi there,

For me the steps (on Paris) were:

1 - configure a list UI view (I used the 'Workspace' view)

2 - Navigate to the list view of reports (sys_report.list in the nav filter) and show the List UI View field

3 - set the List UI Value to the view you want (I used the 'Workspace' view)

I feel like in the past (pre Paris) I've used the steps documented in the HI article above and those worked, so this might have changed now.

Thanks Ian, I just had this same issue on Paris and was able to get it working by following your steps.  The only thing I had to do different was to add the List UI Value to the report form.  I couldn't do it from the list view, even though I disabled the Make report config fields read only UI policy.

Hi Nathan,

May I know what you mean by this statement above? "The only thing I had to do different was to add the List UI Value to the report form.". I've followed the steps as mentioned but I'm currently stuck as the fields are not reflecting in the Agent Workspace dashboard.

The score report shows the Default list view of case. you need to configure the Default list view.

In order to do that, you need to disable the View Rule on the case table to be able to set the view to Default, then configure the Default view.

Hi Atiyeh,

Where can I do this?

"disable the View Rule on the case table to be able to set the view to Default, then configure the Default view."
