Agent Workspace sharing My List

Hi all, 

Is there a way to share the My List with other agents? Similar to filters you could share them, just wanted to know if it's possible with the My List filters on Agent Workspace.

You have to share the link.  On the workspace MyList page there's now a new UI Action that is "Copy URL."  Copy it and send it to others and that list will show up on their MyLists when they open the link.

I should also add it's buggy.  Sometimes the link doesn't copy the full URL that includes the sys_id of the list.  And I'm finding that when another user opens the link and they save it, all the filter conditions disappear.

Thanks Chris. That's helpful.

However, when others tried to save the shared list,  all the filters are gone.

this defect is painful.

can you manage to check and advise ?

I checked the link, it says that as delivered in Paris, but we are in Quebec now and I still see no way to share an Agent Workspace personal list with another user or group....Am I missing something?

Just returned to this posting after re-testing in San Diego.  @J Shone still having an issue?  Do you see the copy URL button at the top right of your filtered list in workspace?
