We are using AI search in our portal. We have dedicated pages for knowledge and case information.
However, when using the search bar and the AI search finds an exact match and we click on the record, it takes the user through to the record on the form page.
How do I configure the exact results page routing in Ai search?

I reached out to Hi on this and the issue is fixed in Utah. But backported to SD patch 4 where you can update the typeahead widget to disable exact match

This needed to be updated and your instance needs to be on Tokyo patch 4. In Utah, it will be there as standard

Hi,
If i understand correct, turning off the exact match mean that when user search for specific ticket, he won't get that exact match pop up? is that correct?
It won't affect the page the user land after he select it?

Thank you! We are on Patch 4 and can't see the change yet, I'm upgrading to the latest hotfix to check if it is there. But thank you for this! 🙂

We're also on Tokyo Patch 4 hotfix 3 and do not see this updated widget. I hesitate to clone the widget to customize it because it's on 67 pages. Also, I expect there is probably more to the update like options schema and server script. If you have that updated widget, do you mind attaching it as XML so I can take a peek? Thanks.
We want to disable exact match search results because clicking on the "View all results for XYZ" does not work. The first time it does nothing; the second time it appears to use your most recent search term.
