AI Search for Engagement Messenger

I am in the process of configuring Engagement Messenger in our organization.

 

One of the features I am working on is getting AI Search configured. First I created an AI Search configuration with a Search Profile that has one of our knowledge bases as a Search Source. This first configuration worked as expected:

When I create a Search Source that has '[CSM AIS] Case' as an indexed source, I get the no matches notification:

From what I can tell is the AI Search is working by the following ways:

- When I go to Search Preview (All -> AI Search -> Preview -> Search Preview), results for both Search Sources show in the results.

- In Engagement Messenger, when the cursor is in the search bar, KB and Case results in the 'Recently viewed' and 'Suggested' type ahead.

 

Any ideas on how to get both kids of results to show in the search output?
