I am currently implementing AI search for my virtual agent chat and facing some challenges, hoping I'll get my answers here.
1. Is there any way I can show the AI search results based on the relevancy score? There are certain scenarios where I am entering some utterances in chat and I am getting search results which has nothing to do with the actual utterance. There is no matching short desc/desc/meta. Can I just display specific results which qualify a desired threshold (say only display results with score more than 50%).
2. I want to apply search on say, desc field, desc field, meta field and another_desc field from a specific table. In field setting and mapping list, I have already mapped short_desc - map_to -title. What should be my approach for rest of the fields? Also, I didn't get much information about map_to_raw attribute, what does it do?
