Hi team
Can any one help me with how can we configure a notification alert. Suppose if we have a unassigned ticket in particular assignment group, which is not taken by members even after 1hour of assignment it should sent an alert to manger

Greetings.
Easily do able. For this use can use flow or job to check where
Assigned to is empty and creation date is relatively after 1 hr.
And configure the email to assignment group. Manager.email.
Have a look on ootb Default sLa flow and build it mate.
