All Modules of Software Asset is not showing in menu

I installed Software Asset Management plugin and everything was working fine, all modules were visible but after installing Software Asset Workspace Plugin, all modules except Software Asset -> Administration are not visible.

I uninstalled Software Asset Workspace Plugin but still modules are not visible

Help to get all modules back in menu

Hi @VayuD1899653630 

The primary reason could be that the user does not have the required role. For this functionality, the user must have the SAM Admin or Manager role.

Please assign the appropriate role and test again. If the issue still persists, try repairing/the plugin and clear the instance cache before testing again.

hi @Dr Atul G- LNG , user have admin role and i already tried repairing plugin and also did cache.do but still modules are not showing.

But for now i manually set active value true of modules under application menu

Software Asset Management administrator

[sam_admin]

This role has full access to the Software Asset Management application. This role is required to import entitlements, manage reclamation rules, run reconciliation, create custom products and pattern normalization rules, set up Content Service, and other administrative features.

If Software Spend Detection is installed, this role has access to all Software Spend Detection features except financial transaction data import and Content Service setup.

Role required to create and manage SaaS integration profiles.
