Allow group to see request knowledge on portal

Hello 

 

I have a new group I created called "xyz knowledge group" and I like for them to be able to see from the request knowledge so that when I go to service portal and select can we help you , the have access to request knowledge portal,

Hi @June Anderson 

We can manage user access to a catalog item through User Criteria, which will be added through Available For and Not Available For within the Catalog item form.
