Allow Inbound actions from Gmail

I have a requirement, where I need to allow Inbound actions from outside email (Gmail) and to create a record on my custom app. And on my custom app, since email is received from outside sources, it sets Caller field to like a 'Default User'. Each time I test it out, emails keeps going into the Junk folder in ServiceNow.
