Allow only parent group members to receive emails

Hi

Select a group on the Recipients tab.
At this time, if I select the parent group and send a notification, the notification will be sent to the members of the child groups under the parent group.
I want to send notifications to members of the parent group only.

HI @sugit 

OOTB email will be sent only to Parent group if only parent group is selected in recipient. Maybe check if there are any script that's set to send it to child groups?
