Allow repeat value in list field

I have a requiremont over list field. We need to have the option of select several times the same value to add to the list.

Is it possible?

From what I could see it looks that you have added choices to list field and you are not referring to any table?

Is that a correct understanding?

Can you share how the field is configured in dictionary?

IMO , it is not possible in ServiceNow.
