Am not able to add reports to dashboards. Running Transaction error am getting.

I cleared my cache, but still the same issue. Am able to do this in my dev instance but in UAT this issue is there. Kindly suggest me some solution.

Hello Swathi,

Check for active transaction table and see if you get any pointers to debug the issue.

Now when i click on reports its showing loading only. Reports are not loading.

Which table your running the report

if it's huge data it will impact the system performance and it will may through this error

EX: cmdb_ci,audit table
