Announcement card missing

Hi all,

In my PDI i don't have the announcement card.How to configure it?

I tried workspace configuration but i can't do it.My instance version is Zurich

Any help,would be appreciated

Hi @PoonkodiS ,

 You can open UI Builder and look for Service Operations Workspace under experience.

Then  open the Landing Page under Homepage, then look for "Announcements", like Below and check the visibility if it's marked as False then it will be visible:

Thanks for your response. If I make it 'false', then the announcement section will be visible by default when there's no active announcement. But my requirement is that need to show announcement section only when there are active announcements.

@PoonkodiS ,
It is OOB functionality only , it visible only when there are active announcements.

So, In PDI did u create any announcements or you are checking with the OOB ones.
If you are checking with existing ones means then create one record in cmdb_ci_outage with begin date as the before the today date and end date as after the today date, then an announcement is visible to you.
