Announcement card missing

Hi all,

In my PDI i don't have the announcement card.How to configure it?

I tried workspace configuration but i can't do it.My instance version is Zurich

Any help,would be appreciated

In which table you had created and what is the start date and end date of your announcement?

For incident table ,start date is 27/01/2026 and end date is 30/01/2026

To get announcements visible on the HomePage,

We need to create a Announcement in the sys_ux_banner_announcement table and for this record there is a related list named as Associated To Configurations  , create new record there and Select the configuration record and save it.

Copy the sys_id of the  announcement_configuration record you selected and paste that sysId in the below System Property

sn_sow.banner_announcements_config_id

 Now you will see the Announcements on the HomePage
