Announcement feature is not working in service portal header

Announcement feature is not working in service portal header. It was working before.  

Please suggest on this.

 Service now has inbuild announcement feature which is displaying on header of SP.

Hi @Aditya1204 without looking at configuration its pretty difficult to say what is wrong. Some screenshots can be helpful.
