Announcement not appearing in ServiceNow Home Page

Hi Everyone,

 

Created announcement but it is not appearing in ServiceNow Home page.

Here is the details please check and suggest.

But message was not appearing in banner

Hi @e__rajesh_badam 

You are using the announcement under SP, which works only for the portal and not on the native view. Please take a look at the UX Banner announcement, which works on the native view.

the From time is in which timezone?

Are you sure your current date/time is after that time?

It is picking up UK timezone and Announcement showing in Portal level but not an ITIL view.

are you saying announcement is shown on portal and not in native or here?

The announcement module is only for portal and not for native
