App creation stuck in Studio for 2+ hours

Hi Community,
I’m currently creating a new custom application in ServiceNow Studio, but it’s been stuck on the “Sit tight while we create this app” screen for more than 2 hours (screenshot attached). Normally, I expect this step to take just a few minutes, but it doesn’t seem to be progressing at all.
Has anyone else faced this issue before?
Is this a platform/environment problem, or something related to my instance?
Do I need to restart or clear cache, or is there another recommended fix?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like an instance hang. Get a developer site, refresh the instance once, and also try to repair the AES plugin.
