Guys, I'm using PDI to learn because my work requires service, now I can create a ticket application but just this one. Give me examples and requirements of more common applications created for service now

If yes, then here are use case

 

- Parking Mgmt 

School Admission

Library Mgmt

Bakrey System

event hall booking and much more , use cases are around us only.

 

You can think of basic requirement and create.
