Application installation

Hi team,

We need Service Graph Connector for Microsoft SCCM app to be installed in our PROD environment but I am not able to find it in All Applications, however I can find in DEV instance. Could you please advise what is the reason?

Also, when I see this app in DEV as Free, would it be free in PROD and would not need any more additional licenses or I am completely wrong?

Regarding, licensing it is best to reach out to your ServiceNow account manager who would answer your licensing related questions correctly.
