Hi,
I want to seek clarification regarding Google Drive integration with Document Services.
I have followed all the steps mentioned in the product documentation and successfully installed the required plugins. However, after the installation, I am unsure about the next steps to take in order to fully utilize the integration features.
If anyone has experience with this, please provide me with more information on how the integration works.

I am unable to find how the integration is initiated and how does the process work.
For example: how are records in Documents [mp_document] table created? how are the subflows getting triggered? How users can view/edit the documents in ServiceNow, etc..
