Appointment booking on walk up experience not showing scheduling future appointment in portal

Hi,

I am trying to replicate the same features of walk up module.

But however, i am not able to show the future appointment (schedule appointment) from the portal view.

I am trying to refer Configure appointment booking on walk up experience

However in my screen i am getting this only Please help

Did you ever get an answer to this?  I have exactly the same problem. I am using ServiceNow Tokyo.

Hiya,

 

Nobody ever came back - but I think it maybe 'Enable online check-in' tick box within location.

 

We do not use that function and as a result we are now presented with the proper booking option.

 

wu_location_queue.list

 

Go into the location queue.

 

Take the tick out of Enable online check-in(its on the Management Tab)

 

Then update - hopefully this will fix it for you?
