Appointment Booking

Hi, I am trying to set up a virtual appointment booking feature in my application where the agent on the CSM workspace can schedule an appointment with a customer, a notification of which goes to the customer on the Customer Service Portal. The notification should then redirect them to confirm which appointment slot they have chosen and send a confirmation email for the same. 

 

Any help or redirection is appreciated!

Have you looked at using Walk-Up experience? While you aren't providing an in-person experience, I think many of the components you are looking for are already here. Call it a, "virtual walk-up" 😛
