Approval delay for community Answers

Hello Community members,

 

I've noticed that when I try to reply posts in community, my responses are pending approval before they appear. Is anyone else experiencing this. It's causing a bit of a delay in our discussions.

Is this a new feature or something specific to few accounts? what is the criteria for this? I'd appreciate any insights on this.

I see this is your first ever question/post (not reply or response to a post) so it would be moderated and approved. 

 

I believe this wouldn't happen to your next posts.

On the previous Community site this was also the case. If this is new for the current Community site I don't know, though I can guess that this to be able to check new accounts, or to limit spam (which was in the beginning a lot, now very limited), etcetera.

so, it's a onetime thing for new users for their first post (probably for non partner portal accounts).
