Approval from every memeber in the group is required

The requirement is that every member of the group should approve ; but happens is that when the first approver , approves , the other one's become cancel; but we need to have approval from every member. Any thoughts on how to achieve this?

I think you can just use it like this.

attach the approved option to the join, and attach the rejection to a approval action. So if 1 person rejects, it will just cancel the others.

ah, gotcha.

can you add all of those users into 1 activity? instead of having an activity for each person I believe you can add both individual users and a group into 1 activity. or another option would be to build a group with all of those members.

There are different checkboxes on the form , when each is selected it goes to a different person for approval; in this case do I still have to make one activity?

Use Join activity where it will wait until you get all the approvals.
