Approval Query

Hi All,

 

I have created a flow for enhancement table as shown below. So, if the approval is rejected as per the flow the status is going back to scoping state. And if we request for approval again, previously rejected approval is changing to requested state and also creating a new approval. Please find the below screenshots.

Approval is rejected:

When Approval is requested second time:

So, either it should remove the previous rejected approval and create a new one, or it should keep rejected approval as is and create a new one. But here, I can see 2 requested approvals. 

 

What changes do I need to make here?
