Approvals on Knowledge articles are not triggering

Hi, I've created a workflow to trigger approvals to specific group, and attached the workflow to Knowledge base, but the approvals are not triggering, can someone help me where I'm going wrong.

Can you share the screenshot/script of your approval Activity to get better understanding of approval.

Check if this group has any users in it

or if there are any users check if they are active users

And I think you are using Approval User Activity
Use Approval Group Activity instead of Approval User
