Approvals on Knowledge articles are not triggering

Hi, I've created a workflow to trigger approvals to specific group, and attached the workflow to Knowledge base, but the approvals are not triggering, can someone help me where I'm going wrong.

Check the users if they are active or locked out and have email filled.
