Approvals should no longer be required when one is approved/rejected

Hi all,

 

Currently, there is a setup in our system by which in the incident record when conditions are met, group approval record (sysapproval_group) will be created and from the OOB business rule "SNC - Create user approvals for group", this group approval record creates individual approver records (sysapproval_approver) for the members in the assignment group of this group approval record. The requirement now is when any of the user approves/rejects the incident, other approvals should no longer be required. How to do this?

There should be an OOB business rules that accomplishes this. Take a look at this support article.
