Approvals with empty groups

Hi there, 

A bit more of a general question. If there is an approval required from a group, but the group currently does not have any members, does this approval then go to Manager of the group? If not, who does the approval go to? Also, what effect does this have on the flow if the approval doesn't go anywhere?

I hope the question makes sense; thanks in advance for your help.

In such case the approval will be skipped and will not be sent to group manager OOB.

Hi,

As commented by @sushantmalsure OOB it is setup to skip in other words it is assumed to be Auto-approved. There happens to be detail on how it is setup and is beautifully documented by Mark along with adjustements, if needed.

NO mate, if group has no member will not go for manager approval.

Hi @gunishi, The approval will be skipped in case if configured group has mo members in it and it will not be sent to group manager as well. This will just skip the approval step and move to the next step in the flow.
