My PDI wouldn't come out of hibernation, so I released the instance and requested a new one. When I got my new instance, I started installing everything that I had previously.
When I went to application manager, I noticed I no longer have access to applications like my previous instance even after hitting sync.
For example, I am trying to get access to the Service Test Management Open API by installing the Customer Service Problem Management (com.sn_sprb_mgmt) plugin like I had on my previous instance, but it's not available anymore.
Did apps recently get removed from PDIs? Or is there some step that I'm missing?

The fix for me was to release my new instance and get a new Washington instance and then upgrade it to Xanadu. All applications I was previously able to use came back.

I tried in my PDI, but it is not available for me as well. Seems it has been moved to the store now which is not accessible on Pdi.
