Assess or Scope Task - Flow Designer Stages

Hi

I am trying to set stages in Flow Designer:

Do I need to update the requested item record with states, etc? When I submit the order the stage is "Assess or scope task"  - There are no other workflows running on the catalog item

Yes, the flow is added to the catalog item

Hi,
Do you have flow execution for the request raised. Please share the screenshot.

For some reason I cannot view executions triggered by the system. I have tried setting the property mentioned but it makes no difference.
