Hello...
I'm a newbie on servicenow. I have problem with assessment notification.
I have generate assessment for vendor, but user didnt recieve notification. it working in my formarly instance. but not in my new instance. i'm using default assessment notification by servicenow. Did i missed something? i didnt do any change for that assessment.
Please help me?

just remove below condition from Business Rule and see if that helps,

which default notification are you using?

i wanna use 3 assessment notification,
1. Notify assessment user
2. Notify assessment is overdue
3. Remind assessment user

So its mean i should check it that will send notification?. it possible to send notification without check it? Thank you. I will try it first..
