Hello...
I'm a newbie on servicenow. I have problem with assessment notification.
I have generate assessment for vendor, but user didnt recieve notification. it working in my formarly instance. but not in my new instance. i'm using default assessment notification by servicenow. Did i missed something? i didnt do any change for that assessment.
Please help me?

just remove below condition from Business Rule and see if that helps,

do you see any logs in email logs like the notifications are in queue for sending?

I looked for it. but there is nothing on outbox, sent, skipped, failed. I did't change any configuration on notification. i just want to use default notification but not working.
