I do not know what I did wrong here. Yet, I won't pass this stage. What the problem? Help please!

Make sure you are on the page that says "Order Status" on the bar. click the star to mark it as favorite.

Click on history and go back to order status page 😅

From the Request view, click context menu - view - self service

I finally did this. I was impersonating Platform User.  I ordered the watch by clicking on ALL > SELF SERVICE > SELF SERVICE CATALOG.  After it's been ordered you'll see the screen that KrutiG screenshot.  Click on the star and that was it for me.
