Hey,
I need to create a rule that will assign REQ to a specific group.
From the Business Rule level I don't have access to the 'Item' option to set it.
What's the best way to do this?
I want if REQ was created for a specific item to be assigned to group L3. I managed to do it for requested item but I don't know how to set it for this option.

That's because you still will need to configure the business rule on the Requested item table but dot walk back to the request from there. See below screenshots:
Navigate to the request assignment group field using the "show related fields" feature.

Hi @An6
I am following this thread and I think, now you need to think from the process side. Why is the same record assigned to 2 different groups like REQ to X and RITM to Y and then the task as well?
Also now if you create a new BR for REQ that will be technical debt and in case if group get change then req group need to update. it will overburden for admin.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
