Hi Nandan,

Please go to the below URL: https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/sys_wizard_answer.do?sys_id=8db6d718c611227400bd9256be52a214

Change the target URL attribute as below:

change_request.do?sys_id=-1&sysparm_query=type=emergency^priority=1

this will make all the emergency changes as P1 by default.

Dear Mr.Sudharsan Vignesh,

Let me explain you my requirement, when I click on Change > Create New and select "Emergency: Unplanned changes necessary to restore service. These changes require CAB authorization only. " then there is a "New record" page which gets loaded on which I want the priority field to be set to "1 - Critical" and all other options values of fields like "Risk" to be set to "Very High" along with the "Impact" field to be set to "1 - High".

Please let me know if there is a way to achieve this requirement. Kindly also let me know if you require further information on this.

the new record page is UI page?

Yes. That's correct.
